Tomasz Kamiński is a group leader at the Faculty of Biology, University of Warsaw. His research focuses on developing microfluidic technologies for ultrahigh-throughput screening and single-cell genomics. He completed his Ph.D. in Prof. Piotr Garstecki's research group at the Institute of Physical Chemistry, Polish Academy of Sciences, in Warsaw. From 2018 to 2020, he was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow in Prof. Florian Hollfelder's group at the Department of Biochemistry, University of Cambridge, UK. He subsequently returned to Poland to establish his own independent research group.

Dr. Kamiński is also a co-founder of Evoralis, a Cambridge-based biotechnology spin-off, where he currently serves as a Scientific Advisor. In addition, he is a consultant and Member of the Scientific Board of the Human Biome Institute, a technology spin-out developing next-generation microbial therapies. Previously, he served as a consultant for Scope Fluidics and Curiosity Diagnostics.
