Mikołaj Matłoka

Dr. Mikołaj Matłoka currently leads the Preclinical Research Team focused on psychiatric and neurological drug development at Celon Pharma S.A. He graduated in Molecular Biotechnology from the Technical University of Munich, obtained his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology and finished MBA at Lazarski University. He has over 15 years of experience in the development of innovative therapeutics across a range of indications, spanning both early and late stages of drug development. His expertise encompasses pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and regulatory support. Dr. Matłoka is a co-author of numerous scientific publications and patents. Two drug development programs in which he played a key role have successfully achieved positive outcomes in Phase II clinical trials.
