Magda Kordon-Kiszala, PhD, is the CEO and Co-founder of intoDNA, a Kraków-based biotechnology company specializing in precision medicine. She is the co-developer of the proprietary STRIDE® technology platform, which enables AI-driven analysis of DNA damage at the single-cell level.


Since 2017, intoDNA has collaborated with over 60 clients worldwide, including 9 of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies. The company supports international clinical research programs—from early-stage compound screening to Phase III trials—ensuring that the right therapy reaches the right patient at the right time.


Magda holds a PhD in Cellular Biophysics from the Jagiellonian University and has gained extensive scientific experience at institutions such as UC Davis, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, and UMass Medical School. By combining her background as a scientist with her experience as an entrepreneur, she drives intoDNA’s ongoing expansion into global markets.
