Senior Bioprocess Engineeer at Labfarm, an innovative company and a pioneer of cultivated meat in Poland. She has been a member of Labfarm's team from the beginning, playing a key role in setting up the lab and shaping the foundation of the company’s technology. Katarzyna Roszkowska foces on bioprocess design and scaling production from lab conditions to pilot-scale bioreactors of up to 50L. She holds degrees in Biotechnology from the Warsaw University of Technology, in Animal Bioengineering from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Currently, and a PhD in Veterinary Medicine. Passionate about the future of food, she is especially interested in how cultivated meat will be implemented on a larger scale once it becomes widely available. Her curiosity is driven by the scientific and technical challenges of making cellular agriculture practical, efficient, and accessible.
