Post-doc in the group of Tomasz Kościółek in Sano. Actively developing bioinformatics tools for functional interpretation of human gut microbiome. Interested in protein structure and function prediction. He received a doctoral degree in Biomedical Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Gained experience in Max Planck Institute for Multidisciplinary Sciences, Universite de Lorraine and Institut Pasteur. Laureate of NAWA STER fellowship. Member of International Society for Computational Biology and Polish Bioinformatics Society.
