Dorota Iwaszkiewicz-Grześ

Dr hab. inż. Dorota Iwaszkiewicz-Grześ is an Associate Professor at the Medical University of Gdańsk and Chief Scientific Officer at PolTREG S.A., a biotechnology company developing cellular therapies based on regulatory T cells (Tregs) for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and in transplantation medicine.

Her scientific interests focus on immunology, transplantation, and advanced cellular therapies, with particular emphasis on translating fundamental research into clinical applications. Combining academic and industry experience, she is actively involved in the development and implementation of innovative immunotherapies and in fostering collaborations between academia and the biotechnology sector.
