Andreas Klingenhoff

Andreas Klingenhoff joined Oxford Nanopore as Field Application Scientist for Bioinformatics. Before that Andreas worked in different roles in two bioinformatics start-ups (Genomatix and Bluebee) and with Illumina.  From the different positions he has a broad experience in bioinformatics, going from software development to scientific consulting.

He has a strong background in gene regulation and genome annotation and has been involved in the first developments for the analysis of NGS data.
