Aleksandra Zwijacz

Aleksandra Zwijacz is a Lead HR Business Partner at Ryvu Therapeutics, where she supports managers and employees in achieving business goals and building a work environment that fosters the development of both people and the organization. She has been working in HR for over 15 years, gaining experience in both consulting companies and internal HR departments.

At Ryvu, her key focus is on partnering with managers and employees to support the company’s strategy and strengthen engagement in an organization operating at the intersection of science, innovation, and business.

A psychologist by education, she graduated from Jagiellonian University and also studied Work and Organizational Social Psychology at Université de Picardie Jules Verne. She is also a certified user of Thomas International PPA tools. In her work, she combines psychological knowledge, HR experience, and an understanding of the needs of a dynamically growing biotechnology organization.

Outside of work, she is a fan of all kinds of outdoor activities.
