Agnieszka Piotrowska

Agnieszka Piotrowska holds a PhD in molecular microbiology from Edinburgh Napier University. Her doctoral research was focused around host-pathogen interactions and importance of bacterial nutrient acquisition in virulence. Transitioning to industry was responsible for designing health supplements that leverage microbiome science.

Dr Piotrowska later transitioned to business development roles working for Ardigen focused on partnering with pharma customers in bioinformatics, AI and microbiome projects and later at CosmosID and Clinical Microbiomics fostering collaborations that advanced cutting-edge microbiome analysis services.

Combining science and business acumen enabled to deliver a vast number of projects that contributed to the field of microbiome and bioinformatics.
