Call for abstracts


The Organizers invite scientists and researchers to submit their abstract(s) to the 6th Central European Congress of Life Sciences Eurobiotech.



Abstract submission deadline: June 16, 2017, midnight CET 



Note: All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Within one month from the abstract deadline submission you will receive confirmation e-mail which will specify whether it is accepted as oral or poster presentation.


Abstracts received after the deadline will not be accepted neither for oral or poster presentation nor for the publication.


Each registered participant may submit max. 1 abstract. If you wish to submit additional abstract there is an extra charge of 120 pln.


Abstract should be submitted electronically – below you can find the link where you can download your abstract. Abstracts submitted as email or attachment to the e-mail will not be accepted.

How to prepare your abstract?


  • Abstracts should not exceed half standard page (A4 - 1 500 characters, including spaces) and must contain: title of the presentation, authors name, affiliations, keywords.


  • Authors submitting abstracts will indicate their preference for presentation: oral or poster, but final decision will be taken by the reviewer. Instructions for either type of presentation will come in the course of time.


  • Abstracts, for oral or poster presentations, will deal with original data or updated findings.


  • The authors’ conclusions should be clearly stated.


  • Initials and abbreviations which are not in common use should be avoided unless they are essential.


  • All abstracts must be written in English. Remember to check spelling and grammar carefully. Your electronically submitted abstract text will be reproduced as submitted.


  • Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the congress. Submission of an abstract implies the commitment that the presenting author will attend the meeting and the expectation that financial resources to attend are available.


  •  Those who would like to apply for the best poster award, are kindly ask to put the sentence: ,,The best poster award" in the upper right corner.
