Dear Eurobiotech 2011 Participants,

We are  sorry to inform that due to reasons beyond our control the Nobe lprize winner Professor Ada Yonath will not be able to attend the Eurobiotech 2011 conference and give a plenary lecture.

At the same time we wish to share with you that the proposition  to open the Eurobiotech 2011 conference and give a plenary lecture has been kindly accepted  by Professor Phil Mullineaux - an experienced researcher in the Plant Sciences, especially in Plant Stress Biology.

The opening lecture will be entitled “Can biotechnology sustainably increase crop productivity, or are we deluding ourselves?”

The more detailed information on Professor's Mullineaux achievements will be provided soon.
